Privacy Policy
Effective Date: October 7, 2026
NPN Brokers, LLC (“NPN Brokers,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website and in the course of providing insurance brokerage services, how we use and share that information, the choices available to you, and how to contact us with questions or requests. By using this website, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
Who We Are
This website is operated by NPN Brokers, LLC, an insurance brokerage focused on workers’ compensation coverage for staffing agencies and hard-to-place businesses. Our contact information appears at the end of this Policy and in the Contact section of this website.
Information We Collect
Information You Provide to Us
When you request a quote, submit a form, call us, email us, or otherwise communicate with us, we collect the information you choose to provide. Depending on the form or conversation, this may include:
- Contact details, such as your name, company name, email address, and phone number.
- Business details, such as your business address, federal Employer Identification Number (EIN), industry, states of operation, number of employees, annual payroll or payroll range, workers’ compensation classification codes, and years in business.
- Coverage and claims information, such as your current or prior coverage status, claims history, prior declinations or non-renewals, and experience modification information.
- Any other information you choose to include in a message, application, or supporting document you send us.
- Documents you upload, such as ACORD applications, loss runs, payroll reports, and experience modification worksheets. Loss runs can include the names of injured employees and descriptions of their claims; we use this information only to obtain quotes and place coverage.
Information submitted by insurance agents and brokers. If you are an agent or broker submitting an account on behalf of a client, the information and documents you provide will include your client’s business information. By submitting it, you confirm that you are authorized to share it with us for the purpose of obtaining quotes and placing coverage.
This information is transmitted directly to NPN Brokers. Form submissions, including any files you upload, are delivered to our team by email, and uploaded files are not kept on this website after they are delivered. We use this information for the purposes described below, and we do not sell it.
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit this website, certain information is collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies:
- Usage and device data, such as the pages you view, the links you click, the address of the referring website, your approximate geographic region, browser type, device type, operating system, and IP address.
- Analytics data collected by Google Analytics, which helps us understand how visitors find and use our website. Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish visitors and measure site activity. You can learn how Google uses data from sites that use its services at google.com/policies/privacy/partners.
- Call tracking data collected by CallRail, a call tracking and analytics service. CallRail may display a different tracking phone number to different visitors so that we can understand which pages and campaigns generate phone calls. When you call a tracking number, CallRail collects information such as your phone number, the date, time, and duration of the call, and the page from which the call was placed. Calls placed to our tracking numbers may be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes; where a call is recorded, applicable notice is provided in accordance with law. CallRail also records forms submitted on this website, including the information you enter and the page you were on, so that we can connect each inquiry with the page and marketing source that produced it.
- Form submission details. When you submit a form, we record the address of the page you submitted it from, your device type (mobile or desktop), and the date and time. Unless you have opted out of marketing tracking or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we also record the first page you visited on this website during that visit, including any campaign information in its web address (such as UTM tags or an advertising click identifier), and the website that referred you. These visit details are held in your browser’s session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab, and are sent to us only if you submit a form.
- Spam protection. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish real visitors from automated spam. When a page with a form loads, Turnstile collects limited technical information from your browser and device, such as your IP address and browser characteristics, to perform this check. Cloudflare’s handling of this information is described in the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
- Advertising measurement. We advertise with Google Ads and with OpenAI’s advertising platform, which shows ads in ChatGPT. If you arrive from one of our ads, the web address may contain an advertising click identifier. CallRail uses that identifier to report to Google Ads that a call or form submission came from an ad click. For our ChatGPT ads, we use OpenAI’s measurement pixel, which stores the identifier in a cookie and, when you submit a form, reports the submission to OpenAI. Contact details you enter, such as your email address and phone number, may also be included in hashed form, meaning they are converted in your browser into a scrambled code before they are sent, so that OpenAI can match the submission to an ad without receiving that information in readable form. Together, these tools tell us which ads are working. This website does not use retargeting pixels to show you ads on other websites.
These analytics and tracking technologies are active by default when you visit our website. You can review and disable non-essential cookies and tracking at any time using the “Cookie Preferences” link in the footer of every page; your choice is remembered for future visits. See our Cookie Policy for a full description of the cookies we use and your choices.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information described above to:
- Generate and deliver workers’ compensation insurance quotes, which is the primary purpose for which business and contact information is collected;
- Communicate with you about your quote request, your coverage options, and related services, by phone, email, or text message;
- Submit your information to insurance carriers, underwriters, and rating bureaus as necessary to obtain quotes and place coverage on your behalf;
- Operate, maintain, secure, and improve this website and our services;
- Measure the performance of our website and marketing so we can improve how prospective clients find us;
- Comply with applicable insurance, tax, and other legal and regulatory obligations; and
- Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims where necessary.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share information only as follows:
- Insurance carriers and market participants. To obtain quotes and place coverage, we submit the business and coverage information you provide to insurance carriers, managing general agents, wholesale brokers, underwriters, and rating organizations. This sharing is inherent to the brokerage service you are requesting.
- Service providers. We use third-party providers to operate our website and business, including website hosting, form processing, email delivery, Google Analytics, CallRail, Google Ads (to measure which ads lead to calls and form submissions), OpenAI (to measure which of our ChatGPT ads lead to form submissions), Cloudflare Turnstile (to protect our forms from spam), and Google Fonts (which serves this site’s typefaces and, in doing so, receives standard server request data such as your IP address). These providers process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes beyond the services they provide to us.
- Legal and safety. We may disclose information where required by law, regulation, subpoena, or other legal process; to regulators, including state insurance departments; or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
- Business transfers. If NPN Brokers is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy.
Cookies and Analytics Choices
Non-essential cookies and tracking technologies, including Google Analytics, CallRail, and OpenAI’s advertising measurement pixel, are enabled by default. You can change this at any time:
- Use the “Cookie Preferences” link in the footer of any page to disable analytics and tracking cookies;
- Configure your browser to refuse or delete cookies (note that some site features may not function properly without them);
- Install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, available from Google, to prevent your data from being used by Google Analytics across all websites.
Our Cookie Policy contains a detailed description of each category of cookie in use on this website.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including maintaining quote and policy records for the periods required by insurance regulations and other applicable law, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete it or render it unidentifiable.
Data Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. No method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use judgment about the information you send through any online form or email.
Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, which may include the right to request access to the information we hold about you, to request that we correct inaccurate information, to request deletion of your information, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information at the end of this Policy. We will respond to verifiable requests within the time required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right available to you.
You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any such email or by contacting us directly. You may also ask us not to contact you by phone or text.
Do Not Track
This website honors Global Privacy Control (GPC) and “Do Not Track” browser signals. If your browser sends one of these signals, we treat it as a request to opt out of non-essential cookies and tracking on this site, and analytics, call-tracking, and advertising measurement technologies will not run for your visit. The consent management tool described above provides an additional direct means of limiting tracking on this site.
Children’s Privacy
This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Third-Party Websites
This website may contain links to third-party websites, including carrier websites and official government resources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those websites, and this Privacy Policy does not apply to them. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any website you visit.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when this Policy was last revised. Material changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
